We are looking for a Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of our local business unit. You will be responsible for facilitating a successful hotel operation with a proven track record of sales and networking skills. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations
· Maintain budgets
· Recruit and train new employees
· Prepare reports for upper management
· Promote exceptional guest services
· Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest and/or employee issues to their satisfaction
· Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
Skills
· Minimum one year experience as a hotel General Manager
· Multilingual a plus
· Proficient in computers and software including the ability to use e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet software
· Ability to manage and direct a staff to perform daily job tasks
